Storify del Curso INTEF "REA para AICLE"

Para ilustrar el recorrido por el curso he diseñado un storify que describe el trabajo en los distintos bloques y mis conclusiones finales.

Esta sencilla presentación con voki trata de contestar, a modo de conclusión,  las siguientes preguntas:
  • La actividad que más te ha gustado del curso y por qué
  • Tu material o recurso favorito, y por qué te parece que es bueno para usarlo en el aula
  • Una idea clave que te llevas de los 3 bloques del curso y que haya cambiado tu perspectiva AICLE.
  • Cómo aplicarás en tus clases lo que has aprendido en los bloques del curso.

CLIL Unit: "HISTORY OF ETHICS"

Firstly, this didactic unit is aimed at 4th year of CSE on the subject of Ethics. The learning outcomes are to distinguish ethical theories throughout history and to know main authors. It covers the following contents: features of different ethical theories, material and formal Ethics and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.



On the second hand, the unit has been divided into four sessions to be explained from one to four:

SESSION 1: Review of previous concepts.

Activity 1.1: Brainstorming (Speaking): Brainstorm ideas and dates for the following concepts: Ancient Greece, Ancient Rome (Classical periods), Middle Ages, The Renaissance, Early modern period, Modern Era) // Morals, Ethics and Human Rights. Teacher Activity: Explaining contents: Morals and Ethics, Material Ethics and Formal Ethics (Prezi elaborated by the teacher)

SESSION 2: Origin of Ethics. Material Ethics.

Activity 2.1(Students in pairs): Document (Reading): Read the text and summarize the main ideas of the document “Ethics: a general introduction (BBC Ethics guide): http://www.bbc.co.uk/ethics/introduction/intro_1.shtml //

SESSION 3: Formal Ethics.

Teacher Activity: Explaining contents: Formal Ethics. Activity 3.1 (Students in groups): Complete a chart (Writing) Create a chart including different ethical theories// Activity 3.2: Timeline (Students in groups) (Writing): Do a timeline with the names of theories and authors.

SESSION 4: UDHR.

Teacher Activity Explaining contents: Universal declaration of Human rights. Activity 4.1: Video (Listening). Watch the video “History of Humans Rights” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nCQWwkERit4 twice trying to catch what happened in the following historical moments: 539 BC, 28 BC, 1215 AD, 1776, 1789, 1939-1945, 1948.
(Homework) Final task: Timeline including author and summarized theories. (Groups) Dipity.
